John McGowan
Currently on a 6 month tour of South East Asia, Australia’s John McGowan has spent the time in Saigon holding down 3 residencies as well as a spinning for the city’s infamous dOse party. It’s high time for him to hit Hanoi and fittingly, he says he prefers dark and intimate venues, so it’s about time we introduced ATK.
Wether playing deep downtempo grooves at a cafe by the beach at sunset, dark techno in a damp concrete basement at 2am, minimal tech house at a busy bar filled with eager and open-minded individuals, John knows how to read and please a crowd. He also likes House, a lot, so ranging from 125 to 128 bpm he’ll be delving through tech house, deep house, funky house, nu-disco, and whatever else the atmosphere calls for.
