Jeans Team in Hanoi Sat 12 May
Hanoi, 20 April 2012 – CAMA have teamed up with Beijing’s FakeLoveMusic to bring one of Berlin’s best loved electronic duos Jeans Team to the capital for a one off, shirts off, hands in the air dance party at the American Club, 19 Hai Ba Trung, Ha Noi on Sat 12 May.
Jeans Team have been smashing out floor-filling dance music with complex pop-structures for the best part of 20 years. Their massive hit Keine Melodien became part of the sound of a generation by appearing on 2 Many DJs’ As Heard on Radio Soulwax as well as being covered by Peaches. Berlin’s finest were top of the world in the noughties, playing every major festival going as well as recording a John Peel session in 2002. Now, 7 albums into their career and fresh from collaborating with some of China’s most cutting edge electronic music producers, Jeans Team are bringing their unique sound to Vietnam for the first time.
Supporting the duo is DJ Metro Tokyo, flying in specially from China for his first ever performance in Vietnam, as well as Berlin native and Hanoi favourite, DJ Cybersnack (S.M.P) supplied by Synergy Music Productions.
