Sister Ray

Ingredients: chamomile-infused gin, tonic, lemon juice, strega, soda water, lemon twist

Glass: highball with ice

What’s interesting: the chamomile-infused gin is sure tasty.  Strega is not available in Hanoi.

Bijou

Ingredients: green chartreuse, sweet vermouth, gin, fresh rosemary
Glass: old fashioned glass over ice
What’s interesting: green chartreuse is not available in Hanoi.  It’s 55% and has 130 herbs in the recipe.

Dark and Stormy

Ingredients: Goslings dark rum, coca cola, ginger beer, lime
Glass: highball with ice
What’s interesting: legally this drink can only be made with Goslings Dark rum (from Bermuda)… unavailable in Hanoi

Negroni: Beefeater dry gin, Martini sweet vermouth, Campari.

Barrel-aged Negroni: this is our classic house Negroni, aged for 3 months in a genuine charred-oak whiskey barrel. (200k)

Aviation: Beefeater dry gin, Luxardo maraschino liqueur, lemon juice, crème de violette, house-made maraschino cherry.

Manhattan: Jim Beam Black bourbon, Martini sweet vermouth, Angostura bitters, house-made maraschino cherry.

Old Fashioned:Jim Beam Black bourbon, sugar cube, Angostura bitters, orange bitters, house-made maraschino cherry and a slice of orange.

Smoked Old Fashioned: Hickory-smoked Makers Mark, sugar cube, Angostura bitters, orange bitters, house-made maraschino cherry and a slice of orange. (200k)

Arabian Gin Fizz: green cardamom, Beefeater dry gin, rosewater syrup, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, Peychauds bitters. 

Sazerac: straight rye whiskey or Jim Beam Black bourbon, sugar cube, Peychauds bitters, absinthe rinse, lemon oil.

Earl Grey martini: Twinings Earl Grey-infused Beefeater dry gin, lemon juice, simple syrup.

Almond and rosewater martini: Plymouth gin, lemon juice, orgeat syrup, rosewater, Angostura bitters, lime twist.

Dark ginger Daiquiri: Havana Club anejo reserve dark rum, house-made ginger syrup and fresh-squeezed lime juice.

Mojito: Bacardi light rum, granulated sugar, mint leaves, Angostura bitters, soda top.

Martini: Beefeater dry gin or Stolichnaya vodka, Martini Extra Dry vermouth, finished with a twist of lemon or olives.

Smoking Martini: Stolichnaya vodka, Laphroig 10-year-old single malt, absinthe rinse.  Pow.

Espresso Martini: Stolichnaya vodka, espresso shot, kahlua, house-made coffee, pecan and cocoa bitters.  

Cocktails with bubbles – 180k

French 75: Beefeater dry gin, fresh-squeezed lemon juice, simple syrup, prosecco brut, served in a Collins glass filled with crushed ice.

Champagne cocktail: sugar cube, Angostura bitters, prosecco, lemon twist.

Death in Venice: Campari, absinthe rinse, prosecco brut, orange twist.

Hanoi sunset: Campari, fresh-squeezed orange juice, prosecco brut.

Something a little different – 200k

These drinks depend on hard-to-find or expensive ingredients and will change regularly so try them while you can 

Mudhoney: chocolate-infused Chichicapa single village mescal, tequila anejo, Campari, house-made orange bitters.

The Montego Bay: Smith & Cross navy strength Jamaican rum, house-made allspice dram, absinthe, honey syrup, lime juice, grapefruit juice, Angostura bitters. 

Speaking in Tongues: Chichicapa single village mescal, Ramazotti amaro, lemon juice, simple syrup, Angostura bitters, fresh strawberry.

White Negroni: Beefeater London dry gin, Suze gentian aperitif, Cocchi Americano.

Arbitrary Nature of Time: Makers Mark bourbon, Campari, Cherry Heering, orange bitters, Bittermens xocolatl mole bitters.

Polo Club: Rittenhouse rye whiskey, dry vermouth, Luxardo maraschino liqueur, Apricot liquer, house-made orange bitters.
